Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase but if something doesn’t quite work for you then don’t worry, we will happily offer you a refund, exchange for something else or credit note (subject to our below terms and conditions).

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

We will accept products back in accordance to our returns policy, provided they are in their original condition, unused, unopened and the seal has not been broken.

We have a 14 day returns policy.

Please submit your return request within 14 days of order by emailing orders@tocuhealth.com with your order number and email address. Please allow us up to 24 hours to respond to your returns request.

Once we have assessed your request, you will receive an email stating whether it has been approved. If your request is approved, please follow the instructions as detailed on the email. You must send your return with sufficient time for it to arrive within 14 days of your order date.

We cannot issue refunds or credit notes on items returned to us after 14 days of your delivery, nor on items that were not approved for return. If something is received that is not eligible for return, you can request that it is re-sent to you at your expense.

Please note, items can only be returned to us in their original condition and original brand packaging and must have the Returns Label still attached. Only new, unused and unopened items will be considered for return.

Postage charges for unwanted items are to be covered by the customer.

We strongly suggest using Fedex or DHL if you are ordering Internationally as Royal Mail will take longer to get to you and we have a 14 day returns policy.

We will process returns within 14 days.

Royal Mail 24 is not guaranteed to be next day delivery.

Please package your returns well, ensuring your items will not be damaged in transit, Tocu is not responsible for any damages occurred during transit. Items that are unsalable on receipt at our warehouse will not be eligible for a refund, exchange or credit note.

For international orders customers are responsible for returns taxes. Please make sure you allow enough time to meet the 14 day return period as explained above.

All international discounted items are final sale.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once we have received your unwanted items, they will go through a quality check and then we will email you within 48 hours to confirm your request.

Refunds can only be issued via the original payment made and can take up to 14 days from completion of quality check to be processed.

Please note, during sale periods and at peak times, returns can take up to 21 days to process.

We will notify you if there are any damages or issues with your returned items.

Refunds will not include shipping fees. If your order came with free shipping, we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund (£3.95).

All returns will have £1.50 charge deducted from the return for processing fees.

CREDIT NOTES

If you can’t find anything right now we are more than happy to offer you a credit note.

Credit notes are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
